Angiesgrooming

Madison has always done a very good job on Bambi. She is very hard to groom especially when it is time for her feet. Other groomers have given her back to me without her nail trim because she wouldn't let them do it. Madison gets it done without sedation. They do a great job.

We first encountered Angie when we were fostering dogs since she is a rescue groomer and continued to use her for successive fosters even though they were from different rescues. All was fine, she did a good job on the grooms and the dogs seemed happy. However, we have now had 2 incidents of SUPER long wait times even though we had a firm appointment that was preconfirmed by Angie. We dropped our dogs off and were told that it would be roughly 2 hours. However, the most recent appt. was closing in on 4 HOURS with zero updates or communication. We drive across town to Angie so once we are on that side of town and find our wait time doubled, it eats up more of our day. When we arrived early in the morning, there were NO other dogs there and they should've immediately started working on our dogs. However, when we returned almost 4 hours later, it appears they were just starting on our second dog. It's obvious they slipped a bunch of dogs into the schedule and prioritized them. When questioned about this, our groomer (who works under Angie) confirmed this "I just do what Angie tells me". Right, and to hell with the customer who had a standing appt.

I’ve been going to Zohie for over a year and she is the absolute best! My dogs love going there and she does the best quality job on them!

I have taken my golden there for many year's. They have always, always taken excellent care of him and know him so well and because they know him so well, Angie caught something that I probably never would have. Unfortunately Harley has cancer, but because Angie realized something was wrong, I was able to get him to the vets and get a diagnosis. They all are tremendous groomers with the biggest hearts for animals. They are reasonably priced and do excellent work. As long as I have pets, I will continue to use them.

Having not been able to get my dogs nails trimmed because of his severe anxiety, I brought him in today and the experience was not new, he still struggled. But it was a success, where all other places have failed. Thank you so much for being patient with Major!
