In Bossier City, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Louisiana, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Bossier City is in Louisiana, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bossier City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Firstly this one star is nothing to do with the grooming because it was always fine! But the customer service is awful. Long story short, they were over charging me based off the online pricing on their website. When I brought it up they directed me to the owner when I dropped my dog off for his appointment. The owner barely talked to me. She argued they do a good job grooming and can’t accept only charging the $50 instead of the $60. But the money is based off a weight scale on the website. Then a groomer named Tannis complained that he is a husky so they should charge me the “larger” dog price (he’s 45lbs and a well maintained husky groomed monthly ish). They then tried to say it wasn’t even their website until the owner corrected them saying it was. She further asked me why I don’t groom him myself since I’m in the vetmed field and asked why I’m arguing over $10. Which I replied that she’s arguing with a client over a price that’s posted on the website? Why would I want to pay an extra $10 and why does it matter if I pay someone else to groom my dog just because I work with animals daily? Meanwhile the Owner is sitting there not correcting any behavior. I’m a good paying client,

I have two very high maintenance pups! They require extra love and attention! They are always looking their best when I pick them up! They take time and care to address everything I ask for. And let me tell you, I love my dogs. But they are not easy! Worth the drive!

I want to start by saying that my Dog smells good, and that he is clean. That is the only good part of my experience today. I took my dog in today and asked for the usual Schnauzer cut, and even provided the picture with the cut, along with prove that they had me send it to their store phone so they would have reference. My dog had no matting, and another groomer even looked at him before i left to check for that, and to make sure the cut we wanted (the one pictured where he as no tie) was going to be possible. I left the store believing we were good. I came back to the cut in the pictures where he has the tie. NOT the cut I asked and PAID for. Previously, if there was any matting, EVERY OTHER GROOMER if taken my dog to, will CALL ME to let me know that the cut I asked for would not be possible. If that had happened, i would not be writing a review. But instead, there was no communication after being told the cut would be possible. All 3 people in the front saw i was not happy and froze. When I asked to speak to “Paula” just wanting an explanation, nobody knew where she went, and nobody showed any effort to explain/see if there was anything that could be done. Again, my dog had no

Best groomer I've been to! My dog is typically anxious at the groomer but they were able to accommodate her and make her feel comfortable. After she was done being groomed I was in shock with how good she looked! We've been taking her to groomers for 5 years and she's never looked this good. She was so happy and calm. She even let them cut her nails which she typically doesn't do. Plus they gave her a little bandana. We will definitely be taking her back. I attached some before and after Pics.
