Really bad customer services…. Services no available for Rottweiler… the groomer did not like the big dog…. Unprofessional

I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared so other pet owners can avoid what I went through. I took my dog, Nala, here for a “Full Groom” — which, according to their own list, includes a bath with shampoo and conditioner, brushing, nail cutting and filing, gland expression, ear and eye cleaning, anti-flea treatment, and more. Unfortunately, almost none of those services were properly done. When I picked Nala up: Her fur was unbrushed, wiry, and felt dirty, not soft as it should after a bath. Her nails were barely trimmed, with two dew claws completely untouched and no filing done at all. Her paws and tear ducts were still dirty, with visible crust and staining. She smelled overwhelmingly of baby powder — not like dog shampoo, but a strong, artificial scent that was almost nauseating. Her anal glands were not expressed, despite clear signs she needed it (and the groomer falsely claimed they were empty). I paid for a full groom and received a rushed, incomplete, and careless service. Red flags started right away: The groomer took my dog at the doorstep, shut the door immediately, and didn’t allow me to see the grooming area — which is a huge red flag

Our dog is very anxious and scared of everything and everyone. We couldn’t take him to regular grooming places where they keep dogs in cages. Then we found this place, and we’ve been bringing Loki here for the past few years. Romina is amazing and takes great care of our dog. Highly recommended—affordable and trustworthy!
