Yazmin and Crew 6 did a fabulous job. They followed through on everything I requested in a very professional and friendly way. Not enough good things can be said about Sally. Her response time is immediate, and she absolutely puts the customer first. She has an amazing company, and I have definitely decided to go on a schedule with them.

3 people - 4 hours to clean a recently painted 2 bath, 2 bedroom home in an adult community. House was completely emptied. Should have taken a max of 1 1/2 hours with 3 people. Got a bill for over $600. Pictures are prior to cleaning. As you can see the home was clean. I just wanted to have fridge, oven, micro., and bathrooms done before pictures. Never again. I’ll stick with my regular cleaning people.

I had Teresa and her crew clean the kitchen and bathrooms in the house that I just moved into and they were professional, so thorough and did a fantastic job! And they worked with me with no issues when I kept having to change the date because my closing kept getting moved. I couldn’t be happier that I chose them!

The cleaning and the staff were excellent. I definitely recommend Reagan and her team. Our first visit was a deep clean: master bedroom, 2 full baths, laundry room, living room, dining area, kitchen and office. Three ladies were there for about 4+ hours and we paid over $500. I consider it an investment in the upkeep of my elderly parents home. They cleaned everything from top to bottom. The next cleaning should be in 6 weeks at $225.

Excellent Cleaning, but Serious Administrative Failures by Ownership While the cleaning team at Always Immaculate provides high-quality service, the administrative side of the business—specifically the billing and communication managed by the owner, Sally—is a major source of frustration. There is a documented disconnect between the work performed on-site and the invoices generated by Sally’s office. The Billing Discrepancy: We understand that it’s difficult to charge down to the minute, so we were Ok with the rounding to the nearest 10 minutes just for simplicity. While we never reported any incidental overcharges and payments, we received balance due invoices after the fact for the same incidental amounts. On January 6th, I was invoiced for four cleaners. However, both the on-site receipts and Ring Doorbell footage confirm that only three cleaners actually arrived. Despite the reduced labor, Sally sent an invoice claiming a balance of $28.27 was still owed (and another invoice for a previous service for $3.23). After conducting a thorough audit of the actual labor provided on Jan 6th (3 people for 1:20 hours each = 4 man-hours at $39.00/hour), the math shows that no balance
