Milena had her work cut out for her with my poor Harry. His grooming was much overdue as in his advanced age (17), he has trouble upkeeping himself. I was less concerned with his look and asked for all over very short cut for his comfort, so I know he looks a little funny but he was returned to me clean, dry, mat free, and most importantly, safe and happy! He came back with a cute bowtie collar shown in photos. I had him on a good amount of gabapentin, recommend others do, too. Milena was punctual and super meticulous- Harry's grooming in total took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I so appreciate the work she put in for my old guy, now he is so soft and undoubtedly, much more comfortable. She even trimmed his face so it lined up better with his body. The only other business I found who grooms cats wanted $190, so I think $120 is a great price in comparison. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and only have positive things to say.

Their driver pulled out of a driveway and went into oncoming traffic where I was and I had to swerve out of the way to avoid a collision. It happened 4/15/26 near 50 Elena Ave, Atherton, CA. 100% avoidable if they weren’t being reckless. I called the number and the person I spoke to didn’t understand the situation because the call center is in a different country.

I will update this review based on how Alpha Grooming treats me and my pet on the next appointment - for now this is my experience: On my first booking with Alpha Grooming, I requested a full cat styling and grooming and specifically asked for my cat to be shaved down. To my surprise, the groomer cut off the whiskers on the left side of her face. I’ve attached before and after photos. This was my first time using their service. The price was $120, which was cheaper than my previous groomer, and their mobile truck was able to find my apartment easily, which I appreciated. However, cutting a cat’s whiskers is not a minor mistake. Whiskers are extremely important for a cat’s sensory awareness and balance, and this should never happen during a routine grooming — especially without the owner’s consent. It makes me question how carefully the grooming was done overall. When I contacted Alpha Grooming about the issue, they offered a $20 discount. While I appreciate the gesture, it doesn’t feel like they fully acknowledged the seriousness of what happened or took proper responsibility. I hope they treat me as a customer and my pet better and with care. Saftey and care of YOUR pets shou

Love them! Daniel is always so sweet and kind. My 14 year old pit bull manages to get her nails trimmed so well by him and he’s able to hold her in her large size. Thank you! Editing: our new Berne doodle is being maintenanced by Daniel and still, he has yet to fail. Everytime she comes back 10xs better. Ollie loves her Daniel. Thank you!!

It was my dogs first time getting a haircut, and her haircut came out nice. I'm happy with the service. They do use a nice scented shampoo, which really like but it might be too much for someone who is sensitive to smell. I included before and after pictures.
