Alpha Dogs Pet Grooming

I think my Groomer's name was Kai. I've posted before and after photos of WillowPillow's grooming session. Their work is exceptional and their staff is very kind and professional. This probably sounds silly to some but there are so many dogs grooming "salons" around the Boston metro area. Alpha dogs feels like a seasoned barbershop for dogs that provides the added services as needed. Her normal groomer is out of state and takes me a lot of time and distance planning to get her there. I threw the dice and took a chance on Alphadogs and I'm glad I did. She was returned to me groomed, cleaned up, and calm. If you have a standard poodle I definitely recommend Alphadogs and will continue to patronize their business during my time here in Boston. I would also argue that their pricing is a bit more reasonably priced compared to other places I've researched and contacted to get dog grooming services. They even used the shampoo I provided when I dropped WillowPillow off for her grooming session. Give them a try if you're looking for a local groomer in the Dorchester Boston Metro area. WillowPillow and I thank you Kai and Alphadogs. All the best.

Alpha Dogs has been grooming my mini golden doodle for 3 years. They do such an excellent job! She’s previously been very anxious at the groomers, but she does really well there. I always get compliments on her cut. Definitely recommend! Super reasonable pricing too.

Kai did an excellent job on Boujee (my Chinese Crested). I gave her some photos as well as she spoke to me before the grooming and she was so kind to Boujee and me and she cared about how I wanted my dog groomed because I’m very particular. She gave me her telephone number and said that when she’s done, she’ll send me a picture which she did which I then requested a few touchups that I wanted her to do. When I came to pick her up, she looked absolutely beautiful. I am so impressed, so grateful and happy about the job that she did. Thank you, Alpha Dogs.

After several times dropping of my family member for grooming, I did not feel comfortable when I recieved him .he was scared. Also the female receptionist/ grooming employ has an attitude, they are Not Cordial, Friendly once transactions completed & seem to judge their clients. Avoid, there are better grooming venders that do not have fake veneer

I’m very sincere when I say this is the best grooming place I’ve ever been to. Our Samoyed has gone to a few groomers and always comes back stressed and overwhelmed. She was totally happy and content after coming back from her appointment with Julie. Not only that, her hair cut was INCREDIBLE! With Samoyeds, their hind leg’s can turn into poopy pantaloons pretty quickly but Julie cut the hair so our dog still has the fuzzy fullness without us having to worry about it getting gross. The overall vibes of the shop are immaculate. All the employees were really friendly and you could tell they genuinely care about the animals they work with. I’ve had multiple dogs, lived in multiple states and have seen multiple groomers. Alpha Dogs is by far the best out of all of them.
