I would recommend them to handle cremation of your pets. Dolce was delivered with love by a nice lady who's name i didn't get. They are used by Lap of Love so I know they must be very caring with our beloved fur kids.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! VERY TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE!! I had my cat in a basket and covered with a blanket, tucked the best I could handle. I was scolded for not having her completely wrapped. The pick up lady then picked up my cat and the blanket while complaining about not wanting to wrap her then proceeded to say she feels like she weighs more than 10lbs and I will have to pay the difference if the scale procves she weighs more. Incredibly inconsiderate. Horrible experience. All of this was said in front of my 9yr old daughter as well. Very unprofessional and rude. ***After the owner/driver saw my review, she brought my deceased cat and dropped her off in front of my garage after having her for 24hrs. She smelled really bad and if I wasn't home and didnt check why the dogs were barking, she would have been laying in the hot sun possibly for hours*** PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED TEXT MESSAGES AND PHOTOS. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PETS!!

The staff was very attentive to our request and flexible with the issues we had with pickup and payment. A true class act and great local company. Hard to find good people like this nowadays.Mahalo nui loa!

I would choose ZERO if that was an option. Alicia was rude, lacking compassion and empathy. When I asked her to Clarify the paw print option on the cremation form assuming it would be my beloved pets paw print she acted very annoyed, leaving my beloved pet on the side of her vehicle as she rushed to leave expressing I was wasting her time and making her late for 2 other pick ups. She was here less than 5 minutes. This was so unprofessional! A grieving customer should not have to endure this kind of treatment! I would never recommend this business. Alicia is cruel and I am exposing her bad behavior. I am extremely disappointed!!!

Losing my girl was one of the hardest. She wasn’t just a pet, she was family. Aloha Oe Pet Cremation treated her with the same love and dignity she gave me every day. From the first call to the return of her ashes, they were gentle, patient, and compassionate. They brought grace to grief, and I’ll never forget that.

Very professional and responsive. Picked up my pet a few hours after he passed. Received his ashes 3 days later. Best pet crematory, ever.

Incredibly quick to respond. Picked up the day of, within hours of my chinchillas passing. The online request to pick up your pet was simple and easy to do. The prices are affordable, especially for the service they offer. The pick up and drop off was very smooth, respectful, and on time as promised. I have absolutely no complaints about Aloha Oe, and will call them again in the future for my other pets. They did an amazing job and truly provide such an amazing service... It's already so hard to lose a pet, but the cremation process of Aloha Oe lifted a huge weight and made things much easier. Thank you for taking care of Diva, Aloha Oe❤️

Excellent service! You can tell that they really care about my baby of 15 years. They allowed me to wrap him up in his favorite blanket and toy. They communicate when they will pick him up and called before returning him. I was surprised how fast they returned him back to me. When they returned him, he was nicely prepared and presented to me. Thank you for taking great care of Chewy.
