We’ve gone here before to get our bigger baby’s nails trimmed, but how Carrie handled our puppy is going to make me a lifelong client for as long as she’ll allow. Our puppy is a little under 2yo and is a fresh rescue from Puerto Rico, where he was unfortunately shot twice. He has a lot of trauma from his time in PR, so he’s a very scared boy. He has also unfortunately had a very traumatizing injury to his paws and an equally traumatizing experience at our former vet where they attempted to trim his nails, but weren’t able to finish. All that to say I was very anxious about taking him here (let alone anywhere) to get his nails trimmed. When I booked the appointment I made sure to run Carrie through all his quirks and how he needs to be babied and she was more than accommodating. She even recommended delaying the appointment so he could recover from the vet trauma, which was so considerate and really comforting for me that she cared so much. This place is a joke they got rules that they don't show or tell you about I've cancel today for personal reason and they call and said she can no longer get grooming there because I cancel for the 3 time this year. Not they she does not have her shots but because I didn't comfimed my appointment. I told the lady I did'nt know it was a policy on canceling and rescheduling appointment. There were no warning nothing. There always give me weird looks when I take her in. I feel they are prejudices. How can you say you care about my dog who been there for 2 years and then said I have to find another grooming. She said it ruled and nasty but I paid my money everytime. People don't waste your time going there they ruled and fake and to small as well. They did a ok job could have did better. It's the lady who judge people. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I have live out her for 20 years I've not felt like I was back in the 60's.

Kerry and Paige were very nice and pleasant to speak to. Both babies got their groom on. So soft and clean. Armpits came clean and bright white. Will be back. Thank you both.
