Located at 1201 27th St, Zion, IL 60099, All Tails Pet Grooming & Boutique operates as a pet groomer serving Zion in Illinois. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Zion, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Illinois, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 7:30 am–5 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (847) 872-9000. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 234 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pet groomers in Zion.
Zion is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Zion follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We have four very large dogs, and they can definitely be a handful! Each has their own personality—one absolutely hates having her nails or ears touched, another (our German Shepherd, of course!) loves to whine the entire appointment, and the other two are pretty easygoing. We've been bringing them to All Tails for the past year and a half since moving to the area, and we couldn't be happier with Tyler and the entire All Tails team. They take such great care of our dogs every single visit. They always come home looking fantastic, and it's clear they're treated with patience, kindness, and genuine care. One of our dogs recently started bullying another when they're crated together, and the staff has always been upfront and communicative about anything that happens during their visit. Our dogs also aren't the friendliest around other dogs, so we really appreciate that we never have to worry about their safety or interactions with other pets while they're there. On top of the exceptional care, the pricing is incredible. Grooming four large dogs for less than $200 (at least for us) is honestly amazing and hard to find. Overall, I can't recommend All Tails enough. Tyler is truly won

They are horrible at what they do!! I literally asked for a trim to be even out and instead got a buzz cut! I’m so mad how they just ignored the fact of what I said and went about to cut his hair all off! I do not recommend going here and so unsatisfied with their service! This was his before and after picture! They didn’t even shape his face right and the back of his head is so uneven. Like how unprofessional could they be and expect their customers to be satisfied.
