I was very impressed today for their express service for a wellness/vaccines visit! I did get a little confused on where to go when I pulled in from Google maps directions. You just go to the right of the blue building closest to the road and snake around the back to their drive thru window. I maybe waited at the window 5 minutes. They got my boy whiskey all checked in and I parked in my designated spot. They took him in and I waited in my car maybe 20 or 25 minutes and he was back! I was impressed because as he friendly, he is an anxious wiggle worm lol He was happy with the quick appointment and wasn't too mad at me! It was about half the price as my regular vet as well which was awesome!! I haven't come in the past 5 or 6 years and they were cheaper then but I understand it's hard to be able to afford staff without charging a little more. Not to mention I originally went to their neighboring vet clinic, west Michigan street vet first and was told it was going to be several hours. I would have had to miss work so I didn't mind spending a little more for the convenience! I made it to work with 5 minutes to spare! Thanks you guys!!

Nurse who intook my cat was nice and so were front staff. That's all. Main vet barely did any kind of wellness exam on my cat, then told me that she couldn't express my cats bladder and that I probably couldn't either and that there's no hope to do so and I should expect a shortened life span. She talked in a way that made me feel dumb and hopeless. Not coming back.

As a walk-in be prepared to wait a very long time. However, the staff are as quick and efficient as they can be and they are very friendly. They took good care of our pup. The pricing is comparable to other Noah's locations.

I just took my senior dog here last weekend for the express services. It was such a easy process and my dog has been updated on all his shots. The employees were very caring. I'm taking my cat this weekend.

This morning, one of our family pets unexpectedly passed away. Katie from All Pet Express was able to talk us through he process, provide comfort, care, and answer any questions we had in regards to the situation. All Pet's support and empathy were so welcoming and warming in a difficult situation and it really helped my father in law process and provided support. Thanks Katie and thanks All Pet.
