Erika has groomed my boys for 13 years. Always so sweet, fast and efficient. Thank you Erika!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have gone to all fur love a few times to get my dogs hair groomed. Never saw any red flags & my dog came back happy. Our most recent visit was very disheartening. The groomer we usually see gave our dog a very choppy haircut. I didn’t mind too much because it was getting hotter out and I thought she could just grow it out again. But when we got home I noticed her behavior was completely different. She was shaking like crazy & seemed to have some difficulties walking. I waited the next business day to take her to the vet to find out she has a dislocated knee cap. I was so disheartened by the situation. I sent the groomer a text explaining what happened to not even receive a respond back. I called the owner, Erika, multiply times to never receive a call back either. Which I found very unprofessional! The next day, Qutie, the groomer issued us a refund. Which I appreciated due to all the trouble we had to endure but she denied having any involvement of my dog getting injured. Please do not take your dog here.

Just picked up my Girl from her first groom and she looks awesome. Raylene did an awesome job. Nice clean facilities & all the girl's are sweethearts, they really care about the fur babies. And she let me know as soon as she was ready to go. I will definitely recommend them.

These ladies here are AMAZING!!! You really can't go wrong with any of them!! They always have treated all the animals as if they were their own fur babies!! I am impressed with their skills, our dogs have always come home looking AND smelling like a million bucks!! Any small issues we've had have been explained and addressed, as no dog ever behaves perfectly. I've seen people's dogs brought in that have been extremely matted and they don't turn customers away and probably should have...

My dogs hate going to get groomed added with some separation anxiety. But the staff is so sweet they are content and comfortable after a few minutes after I leave. Raylene(I strongly recommend her) does real well with my dogs (The first time for one of my dogs was terrified she took her time to make sure he was comfortable with her and the sound of the trimmers)and they always look geat and smell great after she is done with them.
