Horrible Experience. We trusted our little girl Abby (tea cup Maltese) to receive health care from these people. On the initial visit, after examination and an ultrasound, they advised that she had a potentially severe uterus infection. This happened on a Friday afternoon. Since they were unable to perform a surgical procedure to remove it until the following week, we requested to put her on an antibiotic over the weekend. Abby responded well to the antibiotic and by Sunday, was close to being her normal self. We called first thing the following Monday to give them an update. The doctor advised that her condition could not be healed without surgery and they scheduled surgery for the following day. During the hour drive to her Tuesday morning appointment, Abby was her normally active self. So, prior to surgery, I asked the surgeon, a different doctor, to perform fresh blood work and a new ultrasound, just to ensure surgery was required and Abby's blood profile showed her to be healthy enough to limit any risk of complications during the procedure. After reviewing both, the surgeon talked to me and confirmed that surgery was needed and Abby's blood work showed nothing that caused co

We took our duck there due to a prolapse phallus, they said the suture they did was a low risk surgery but in reality it was high risk. They asked me if what I had used on his phallus had lidocaine in it and I told them no because it was toxic yet they used it on him to do the suture. Dr Vicky had told me it’s okay for him to go in water and to clean it yet lidocaine is highly toxic to any type of bird. He died a few hours later. Almost 100% sure it was due to lidocaine toxicity and overdose. It was traumatic and ridiculous. Will never be taking my waterfowl here again. Picture of our handsome boy because he didn’t deserve to die over something so simple. I didn’t get any physical examination papers or any type of information about what they used on him. Just an invoice of the payment.

I had to have my hedgehog euthanized so I had to find a vet that handled exotic animals and All Creatures was about an hour from me. The lady at the front desk was very sympathetic. When I went back into a room the vet was extremely kind, she let me explain what was going on and get emotional, and listened to my concerns about doing the right thing or not. She assured me that she would examine Crunchy thoroughly once he was sedated to make sure. Afterwards, she brought him out in a pretty box with flowers on it and told me he had a big cancerous tumor and that's the reason he couldn't walk anymore, and that euthanasia was the right decision. It made me feel so much better. She also made two rounds clay imprints with his paw prints and name on them. Then she let me go out the back door and pay on my phone since I was upset. I thought it was the kindest thing for a vet to do after you lose a friend. If I could rate All Creatures higher than 5 stars I would. And the price was so reasonable.
