This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Whoever Candice is she needs a customer service class. The owner needs to send her on Vacation because she is not good for business. As I read other reviews and the responses it seems like the staff makes a lot of excuses and are very combative with customers. I’m so happy I found a more professional groomer and would NEVER! refer this place to anyone with that girl working there.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend taking your dog to All About Pets on Highland. We had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. that was personally booked by the owner the day before. When we called to confirm, Candace stated that she had no record of our appointment. She said she would contact the owner to verify the booking, but never did. Instead, she told us she was booked, that she was there by herself, and that our dog would not be seen regardless. The entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Our dog has been groomed here multiple times in the past without issue, yet Candace suddenly suggested there were problems grooming our dog, which had never been brought to our attention before. Customer service is important, especially when people are trusting you with their pets. Unfortunately, we were treated with disrespect, given conflicting information, and left feeling like our business was not valued. Based on this experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this business to others.

All About Pets has been attending Leo for 10 years now and we have always been satisfied when he is returned to us. If we've noticed small hairs we want trimmed still before we leave, they have helped him immediately and removed the small piece. We will continue bringing him here! :)

First time going here. I will never go again. I asked for a full service bath and de shedding I just picked up my dog. When I left, I noticed lots of hair flying around. I called to ask if they did the de shedding. I was told they did not finish his nails, didnt clean his ears and didnt complete the de shedding because he started "showing signs of aggression". They didn't communicate none of this when I picked him up. I paid $85 + $10 tip for an incomplete job and wasn't told about it until I called back to ask about all the hair flying around in the car. I shouldnt have been fully charged OR call me and I would of gone in there to help complete the job IF he was being aggressive. My dog isnt an aggressive dog. Ive taken him to other groomers and never had a problem. Update: if my dog showed clear aggression and was unsafe, why was i never called to come pick him up? You say you did the de-shedding service? You did a lousy job because he was still full of loose hair. You called me to tell me my dog was ready for pickup, you charged me and NEVER said anything about him being aggressive while I was there. My fur babies had long nails; called to see if you needed an appointment for nail trim; they said no; they accept walk-ins😃 (but I would recommend just to call ahead); Nail trim was only $10 . I forgot to get the girl that helped me with my 3 doggos, but she was very kind and sweet with them; also staff were working and the dogs and they seem very gentle to get every little spot. Dogs seemed to trust them. As far for the ladies who worked today; thank you so much we left happy. Def coming back, seemed affordable when you have more than 1 dog 😅 Oh and also I’m not sure if she was the owner of the business; she gave us cute little bow and bow ties for my fur babies! And also cute setup for the lil grooming salon, very festive! Loved it! Oh and also guys; they ONLY take cash or Zelle! Have that in mind ( no debit/credit).
