We brought our two dogs in for grooming, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The female is a pure Australian Shepherd, and the male is a Lab/Border Collie/Boxer mix. Both are rescue dogs who were previously abandoned, and because of that history, they are very bonded and become anxious when separated. Despite us explaining this, the staff kenneled them separately. When we picked them up, their grooming was completely unacceptable. We were told that the Aussie was “too panicky” to groom and was only bathed, yet the other had what appeared to be dried feces on his leg, which raises serious doubts that he was bathed at all. His grooming was also poorly done, and neither dog had their nails trimmed. We dropped them off at 8:00 AM and were not able to pick them up until nearly 4:00 PM. At check in, no one reviewed the policies or procedures regarding late pickup (Luckily we picked them up 10 minutes before they closed). Based on our dogs’ behavior when we got home, it seems they were not let out for a potty break or given water during that entire time. We have used All About Dogs for our Golden for a few years now. Our dog is happy to arrive and happy to leave. She always looks, feels, and smells so good. They treat dogs like family there. 10/10!!

Great services! Our labradoodle looks amazing! He was so happy when I came to pick him up which is a sign to me he was treated well! We will now use them for all our pet and grooming needs! Thank you!

We moved and I wanted to try out a new groomer that was closer to our house. I called All About Dogs and set up an appointment for my elderly poodle. About my dog: he is a 10lb poodle who is blind, has scoliosis, a bad knee, and is about 11 years old and we adopted him when he was about 7 from Poodle Rescue of Houston. So all that to say he needs special love. Now Sonny is very cuddly everyone’s best friend. So sweet but he is blind so you gotta watch him. They were excellent with him. They gave him a nice winter haircut and listened to what kind of cut I wanted. (Nothing fancy he is a pet so we don’t do the fancy poodle cuts). They brushed him out, he smelled better and I think they even brushed his teeth because his breath even smelled better. He seemed very calm and happy when we picked him up. All About Dogs has you pick up and drop off so you can stay in your car the whole time and just text a number when you arrive. They are moving to a more visible store front in an adjacent shopping center, which in my opinion will make them easier to find than there current location. Great place. Reasonable prices. My poodle is $50 which is comparable to every other place we have taken

I take all of my dogs there for grooming and nails. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They do an amazing job!! They love to go in there, which says a lot about the way they are treated while they are there.
