Devin is skilled and just wonderful. It was our dog's first visit and I could not be happier with the service we received. Our dog looks absolutely amazing, smells fantastic, is happy, and somehow received good marks from the groomer for her behavior. Which is unusual because she's a bit of a diva. ;) Just more evidence of how wonderful the place really is and how much they care about our pets. Highly recommend their services.

First time here and my yorkie is usually very frightened and growls and yips at the groomer. Devan put her hands out and Louie walked right to her. She did an amazing job and very reasonably priced. This is my new favorite spot!

I was a client for almost a full year and was satisfied with the grooming my dogs were receiving. Recently it came to light that they were not getting their ears cleaned as stated was included in the grooming price. I went to the owner and let her know. Her response was that I should have been double checking their work and she didn’t know my dog but assumed he was “combative”. He’s been to several groomers over the years and not once did another place tell me that or did they tell me when I picked him up. She also said there was not a note in his file. Which is a really bold thing to say if there isn’t proof. She was deflecting and not taking accountability. It’s also apparent she doesn’t know her clients either because whenever I would go to pick them up she would run around the shop like a chicken with its head cut off looking for my dogs when they would be sitting where I could see them. Once she even said “oh I thought we lost someone’s dog” and laughed about it. I shouldn’t have gone back when that happened numerous times but I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. I even stuck with her when she hit me with a 20% price increase. I don’t feel as if I was treated like I was
