Jill is truly exceptional. I’ve had many deep tissue massages over the years, and her technique is among the best I’ve experienced. She has an incredible ability to identify areas of tension and work through them with the perfect balance of pressure, precision, and care. I came in with significant muscle tightness and discomfort, and after the session I felt noticeably looser, more mobile, and deeply relaxed. Jill is highly knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to understand exactly what your body needs. Her deep tissue work is both therapeutic and effective, delivering real results rather than just temporary relaxation. If you’re looking for a skilled massage therapist who can relieve chronic tension, aid recovery, and leave you feeling rejuvenated, I highly recommend Jill at Alchemy Body and Mind Spa. She’s a true professional and a master of her craft. I’ll definitely be returning.

This has been my second experience here. Both my daughter and I have had two wonderful experiences and spa treatments here. Cannot say enough about my spa treatment today...Corrine's experience, and technique made for a phenomenal, relaxing experience. She addressed all my concerns and focused upon my specific issues. Looking forward to my next visit!

I did a lot of services: 1 hour jacuzzi, massage, facial and foot soak and it was amazing!!!! Such a relaxing day and the staff were all so nice. It was a great place to relax! I loved the tea additions as well. I do wish they added some light snacks since when doing a long day there, that’d be good to have! Can’t wait to go back.

Thank you for the high quality services, staff, and reception. Looking forward to my next booking and exploring more of your spa services!

Very underwhelming especially with all the positive reviews. At a high end spa you expect very warm and exemplary customer service. That wasn’t the case. Felt like customer service you get at your average gym. The massage was very good but not worth the price tag. It was over 350$ for a couples massage. Felt like I can get a similar massage for half the price at some other places. The foot soak was a waste of money. Thought they would refill it from a hot water kettle . The ambiance was good but the lockers felt dated. Definitely not worth the price tag and the hype on Google. Felt like places in the city are much better.
