I’ve had such a great experience with Agile Canine. I’ve worked with Annelise, Lisa, and Aug, and every one of them has been fantastic. They all take the time to understand my dog and tailor the training to his needs — even with my off-breed agility dog, they meet him exactly where he’s at. The sessions are fun, clear, and truly focused on building a confident, capable agility dog. I’ve seen real progress, and my dog absolutely loves coming here. I highly recommend Agile Canine to anyone looking for thoughtful, breed-savvy, quality agility training.

I'm in the foundations class with Lisa and it's been great! My dog, who can be pretty anxious, loves it there and knows we only have fun there! Lisa is really good at teaching you how to teach your dog, and her instructions are very clear. She knows what each dog needs in order to learn the necessary skills. Unfortunately, the waitlist is super long, but the smaller class size ensures that you and your dog get enough time to thoroughly learn the skills.

I love taking classes at Agile Canines! I have been in foundations with Lisa and I have learned so much from her and from watching other students. Definitely superior to other classes I've taken in the Twin Cities area, lots of attention to detail, and it is helpful that the classes are structured with students at slightly different levels to see other students at different points in their training journeys to see where you are going with your training.

I love Agile Canines! I've been attending class for almost 2 years and have seen such amazing growth in our Jack Russell Terrier. From a very timid, nervous dog to a confident, excited pup! I tried obedience classes and found my pup wasn't getting excited and found the large group settings overwhelming. Then I found Agile Canines! Small classes, one-on-one work with a coach and positive reinforcement techniques. Annelise Allan is a rock star instructor with 25 years of experience. And I know our pup loves it as he's always smiling every time we have class! Just starting? Expect to spend some times in sports foundations where you'll work on lots of skills that build a young dog's confidence. This foundations class requires weekly attendance and lots of practice at home. I absolutely loved Christine and Lisa a coaches. Lots of one-on-one training for both our pup and ourselves (ha ha)! Once your dog gets the foundations set you'll move on to beginning agility. While it took almost a year to graduate, my pup and I had all the confidence we needed to start to learn the basic of running agility courses. I love being part of the agility community. I feel very supported at Agile Canine

I've trained with Agile Canines for about 9 years and love it! Great instructors, who know their stuff - they compete in many different agility venues and set up their students to be successful. I have a dog with some physical limitations and Annelise welcomed and supported us. He has succeeded far beyond my wildest dreams in agility. My youngest dog is the first one I've taken thru the foundations class and that has really gotten us off to a good start in both agility and obedience. Highly recommended for knowledge, instruction and a caring community of dog people.
