I am a professionally trained and experienced mobile dog groomer, and after years of trying many brands of shampoo, I finally settled on AdVet’s Hygienics Shampoo and Conditioner as the only dog shampoo I keep in stock. It is hypoallergenic to humans and pets, tear-free, safe for puppies and cleans beautifully with only one application most of the time. I dilute it 1:3 parts distilled water for both shampoo and conditioner and even then a little goes a long way! After pre-wetting and sudsing the coat, I let it sit for about 5 minutes while I gently massage the dog. Then I slowly rinse as I continue to massage. If the water doesn’t run clear at the end, I’ll suds up one more time, but that’s usually not necessary for my pampered clients. Then I apply a small amount of conditioner with additional water so that it gets down to the skin well, and a quick rinse gets it all out. Sometimes a little additional work is required around the mouth, but Hygienics gets all but the greasiest mouths clean. I use another orange-based shampoo for the greasiest ears and mouths, but after 4 years, I still have a quarter gallon of that left. I also keep flea and tick shampoo on hand, but rarely have

As a professional groomer, this is a go-to product line for me. The scent is amazing and works well on those stinky, smoker dogs. The formula is gentle enough to use on even the most sensitive of dogs, while being effective in relieving itchiness and nefarious skin conditions. I highly recommend this product line!

I have used AdVet Hygenics products exclusively in my grooming shop for over 5 years. The quality is excellent and provides real and lasting benefits to the skin and coat of each dog I groom. The customer service I receive is outstanding with fast shipping of all my orders. I won't use any other shampoo brand in my salon and would highly recommend it for not only groomers, but all pet parents who want to give their dogs the best!

After using the shampoo & conditioner, we noticed a huge difference in our dogs coat, how it felt silkier smoother and had a sheen to it. her skin was a lot more hydrated than before its use. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great pet shampoo & conditioner that contains all natural Ingredients!
