Adventure Tails Dog Training & Enrichment

Look no further—you have found the trainer you’ve been looking for! We’ve worked with Miranda at Adventure Tails Dog Training & Enrichment from puppy classes through obedience training. The group classes were fantastic and highly recommended for any new dog owner. However, the board-and-train program for our one-year-old Boxer, Piper, was the real game-changer. The progress Piper made was amazing! Miranda went above and beyond, sending daily texts, photos, and video updates. It is clear she treats every dog like family. Piper's transformation is incredible. Our walks, both on and off-leash, are now fantastic. She has also joined the Adventure Camp, which has done wonders for her socialization skills with other dogs. We are so grateful to have a happy pup who can safely enjoy the outdoors. Miranda is a gifted trainer and a wonderful person. We highly recommend her and the Adventure Tails staff!

We had an amazing experience working with Miranda and her team from Adventure Tails. She came to our home and did a thorough intake and observation of both of our dogs, taking the time to really understand their very different personalities, needs, and challenges. One of our dogs is a young, anxious herding-type pup with some social anxiety, while the other is a sweet but stubborn and very strong puppy who needed help with basic obedience. Miranda immediately connected with both of them and created a tailored training approach that made sense for each dog. She helped us with everything from household management and managing disputes between the dogs to obedience, play, leash walking, and building better routines. Most importantly, she helped us create a calmer, more peaceful environment in our home. Miranda gave us the tools, skills, and confidence to manage our somewhat complicated pups — and to enjoy them more. She was patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in understanding both our dogs and our family. We are so grateful for her help and would highly recommend Adventure Tails to anyone looking for personalized, compassionate, and effective dog training.

I can't say enough good things about Adventure Tails Dog Training. Miranda was so easy to work with and taught my dog as well as myself so much. My dog is older and I was worried that it was too late to teach him the things that were frustrating both of us. Miranda is a miracle worker and he did amazing and learned very quickly. We can actually take nice walks and enjoy our time together with no frustration!! I highly recommend Adventure tails.

We’re so happy to have had the pleasure of working with Miranda, who is an amazing trainer! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and not only helps us tackle the root causes of our dog’s behavior but also teaches us how to work with our dog more effectively and strengthen our bond. We recently completed an off-leash obedience program with Miranda for our dog, Ellie, and the results have been truly transformative. Miranda’s expertise is evident, and her genuine passion for her work shines through. We focused a lot on E-collar training, and Miranda did an outstanding job explaining the concepts so we felt confident using the tool in a humane and effective manner. If you’re looking for a trainer who is a joy to work with and delivers real results, you’ve found the right person!

Miranda is great! She has helped with resource guarding, heel training, and recall with our young Golden Panino! Not only did we see results while training but Miranda is great at breaking it down for you to understand how and why a dog acts and thinks, which not all trainers do! Can’t sing her praises enough, would recommend her to anyone.
