We use Adogo’s daycare service and love it. The staff recognizes our dog by name when she comes in and she’s always excited when she arrives for the day. We love the webcam as a way to check in during the day.

They take great care of our pups, and they are always happy there! Got the nails clipped, and she got a bath too! Definitely recommend!

They forgot to feed our dog.... We've taken our dog here a few times and it was a postive experience but after picking up our dog and going through his overnight bag, we realized that his dinner bag was empty but his second breakfast (his meals are served in two smaller portions due to him eating too fast) and lunch bags were untouched. We called them and asked about why and they did not have an answer. They gave us the BS corprate answer of "our records show he was provided the food and he must not have ate it. Maybe he was excited to get back to playing that he didn't eat". He's spent many day/nights at daycare and has never once not ate his food so he could "get back to playing". He's never not ate his food (daycare/overnights/with us/around other dogs during play time). They clearly forgot to feed him his second half of breakfast and his entire lunch. His lunch bag was never touched or opened. No accountability or ownership from them... I get it, they are likely understaffed and this was a busy weekend (spring break) with lots of dogs (per their own camera feed) but you can't just forget to feed our dog and then give us a corproate BS answer when we called them out on it. My pup comes home absolutely exhausted! He has such a great time! He’s excited to arrive as soon as we enter the parking lot and the staff are beyond welcoming. I was so surprised when they greeted us by name when we walked in for daycare drop off! I always get a great report out at pick up and the staff have really taken time to get to know my dog and his personality. The lobby has a rather repugnant smell, but it’s a dog park, so don’t let that deter you!

Our dog absolutely loves Adogo! From the moment we pull up, you can tell that she is excited to be there. The staff is so incredibly friendly and they always greet us with smiles. It is clear that they are passionate about what they do. It’s fun to watch Sophia play with other dogs on their ADOGO-cam, and I love all of the pictures of the happy pups they post on their social media pages. Also, their Adogo spa is the best—love the cute little bandanas they give to the doggos after their grooming. So glad we found Adogo!
