100/10. Truly. I came in last November for a new hair style and it was a bit of a challenge, but the student who did it - Krislin - did such an amazing job and it lasted months and grew out so well. It was my first time getting my hair done professionally and it truly set a standard for any future appointments anywhere else! And I just came back for a new set of nails for an event but wanted something that will help keep my nails healthy and something easy to work with for my job but also pretty and whimsy, and again, absolutely amazing! Virginia did my nails and if you think about getting nails done, go to her! Same with Krislin! They're amazing students with real talent. Thank you girls for taking care of me!!

AMAZING work done! I went in with box red dyed hair and came out with strawberry blonde, a beautiful color and transformation. Each student that worked on my hair was very kind and hard working. The teacher was knowledgeable and instructed every step of the way. The price was worth it for all the processing that had to be done. I will definitely be returning when I need a touch up.

I’m a student at the school and tbh I asked some instructors to help me with ethnic hair styling and I was told no or the instructors did not know how to do so. And the only instructor that can they have her in a nails room so you are not learning anything when you attend the school I highly recommend going to a different school to teach ethnic hair and know more about ethnic hair, students are told they can’t cut other students hair because of attendance and all but tbh we are in a school to learn and yet our learning privileges are being taken away or limited.

Came here for a cut and color and had a great experience and outcome. However I did have an instructor do 90% of my service. When my husband went he had a student and not blaming the student--it was good... but the back is very choppy. The instructor should have caught that before my husband left. It's not something he really would have been able to see himself (back of his head). It also should have really happened if the student had used a clipper instead of scissors. Going to let it grow back out a little bit and then go back and have it redone.

Loved the instructors, disliked the school/program Short version: the Esthetics Program is over priced, outdated, half self taught, instructor is not an Esthetician. The school building and equipment is run down. There are other schools out there, I would not recommend this one. Long story: keep reading. I should have done more research before choosing a school with an aesthetics program, that’s on me. Firstly, Julie, Regina, and Hannah-Mae are amazing and kind instructors, too good for ABP. You start off with two weeks of getting to know each other and building a dream board. After those two weeks they have you sign a contract stating that even if you drop out, you still owe tuition. It should have been a red flag when I found out the instructor was a cosmetologist not an aesthetician, but I was ignorant. I attended the 24/25 Esthetics program and have been “in the field” for 8 months now and honestly, I felt so unprepared for this job. You are given the Milady book and are expected to just read it over and over in a classroom 7 hours a day, 4 days a week, for 5ish months, while hoping to get fellow classmates from neighboring programs to pay for you to practice on them.
