I absolutely love AC Grooming! I never have to worry about my babies (Bandit and Snoopy) with them and I feel so comfortable dropping them off. Melissa is amazing and so trustworthy! My boys love her!

My 3year old ShihTzu had a complete meltdown after being groomed at AC Groomers. The girl shaved him so close underneath (after I explicitly told her he was sensitive to the shavers) that he bled around his boy parts. I had to call his vet and get meds (steroids to calm him and antibiotics to keep him from getting infections). It is now 4 days later and he is still having problems from the abuse he suffered at the hands of someone who I trusted to professionally groom my sweet boy. When I picked him up she told me he scratched himself and was a little red. He has never scratched himself before. I will tell everyone I see or know to never trust this groomer with their fur babies. I have pictures and proof of abuse and mistreatment at the hands of the groomer at AC Groomers.

We have been coming here for over 10 years and this is absolutely the best groomer! My dogs love coming here. They are always excited when we walk in. I have two large golden doodles and the job that they do on them is amazing! I cannot say enough, good things about Amanda and her team!

I have been bringing my babies to AC Grooming since 2022. I had to wait a couple of months in order to get in with them but was told by many of their customers that it was worth the wait. At the time of their first visit I had 2 Shih Tzus and an Australian shepherd. Amanda is the best groomer for large dogs. Bowen the shepherd always looked like she was ready for the runway. Melissa is an excellent small breed groomer who has Brazilian training. Before AC grooming my little ones always looked the same way no matter where I took them but Melissa grooms (Shih Tzus’ especially) in a way I have never seen before. If I was a social media influencer, Betty White and Jersey would have their own facebook pages! But I’m not …so I enjoy them for myself! AC Grooming does have certain rules and I appreciate that. For example, if any dog is too matted when arriving for the groom, they will need to shave down far enough to remove the mat. They do this to reduce stress on the dog. There number one concern is for your baby. I’m so thankful that I have FINALLY found my groomer! The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you receive.

Never again! We have been going here for over a year. They were groomed on Friday the 22nd and by Monday night our little boy was miserable and we had no idea why. We figured it out about 3am Tuesday morning. They cut way too close to his boy parts that damaged both his scrotum and prepuce. We landed in urgent care & he's on several medications to which we have to follow-up in a couple of weeks unless it gets worse. No one said a word about anything happening when I picked them up. I have Aussie's that have always been groomed every 5 weeks since since old enough to groom. Since leaving Texas we struggled to find a groomer who knows how to properly groom an Aussie. Although they never got our girl just right, I stuck with them to give a chance to learn. I did not see this coming with our boy though . When I called to cancel the 3 next appointments I had made, I was not asked why. I got a super quick, ok it's done. That response tells me they already knew what happened to our sweet boy. They didn't ask if he's going to be ok or anything. They could have cared less and I don't know which angers me more. The not saying anything or the care less attitude. Never again! Update: For the
