Since my last review was somehow deleted! Based on the numerous reports and photos I’ve seen shared by members of the community, I would not feel comfortable trusting ABC K9 & Fun with my pets. The allegations being discussed including concerns about animals becoming sick or injured, poor living conditions, and treatments being performed without owner consent are extremely troubling. They raise serious concerns about the level of care and oversight being provided. Our pets are family members, and when we leave them in someone else’s care, we expect them to be safe, healthy, and treated with compassion. The number of similar concerns being shared publicly has made me question whether this is a business I could ever recommend. I encourage anyone considering boarding their pet to thoroughly research the business, read recent reviews, and review the publicly shared posts and photos before making a decision. Every pet deserves attentive, humane care.

I am so mad. My partner dropped him off at the wrong groomer. They did not trim his face or underbelly. Gave him a flat top. Then had the audacity to charge 110.00 😒

I would never in a million years leave any animal at this facility. Plenty of proof out there, do your own research before even thinking of using them. Number 1 red flag is that they don't allow you to tour the facility. Stay far, far away from ABC K-9!!!!!

My dog stayed with them for two weeks over Christmas break. I am always aware of the possibility of kennel cough and other small injuries when boarding; however, my boy came back with icy whiskers, gashes in his face and ears, as well as a terrible cough and reverse sneezing. When meeting with them before boarding, they don't let you see the facility. They don't show you where your pet will be housed for their time there, and that really didn't sit well with me, considering my dog had ice covering his whiskers when I picked him up.

I boarded my two Great Danes here over the 4th of July weekend, and I’m beyond upset with the experience. These are large dogs with very healthy appetites, and I packed more than enough food for their stay, clearly labeled and portioned. When I picked them up, it looked like only two bags had been used. That’s not just concerning it’s unacceptable. Anyone who knows Great Danes knows they require a lot of food, and the fact that barely any was used raises serious questions about how well (or if) they were being properly fed. My dogs came home and ate just fine despite being exhausted. I trusted this facility with their care, and I’m left heartbroken and angry. This wasn’t just a service failure — it feels like neglect. I won’t be returning, and I caution anyone else considering leaving their pets here. They deserve better.
