About ABC Grooming

Located at 3295 Hollygrape Ct, Helena, MT 59602, ABC Grooming operates as a pet groomer serving Helena in Montana. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Helena, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Montana, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. You can reach ABC Grooming at (406) 495-0090; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 8 reviews, which is a strong result for a pet groomer in Helena and suggests consistent service.

Helena is in Montana, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Helena follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Claire was very accommodating and let me bring Daisy Cat in for a nail trim on a day she is usually not open. She was very good with my cat who can be somewhat unpredictable. I will be calling Claire again when Daisy needs her services.

The groomer/owner was very good with my dog. Paw's came home clean, well groomed and very calm. Paw's is going back in two months and I called the owner to thank her and for taking the time to see that my dog had what she needed to make it through the harrowing experience of having a new groomer and my dog being quite old and unaccustomed to change.

I got my mini poodle Bailey groomed here last week. Her top knot is totally destroyed and she cut her legs way too short. Bailey can be a pain to groom but if she couldn't handle her then she should have called me. I would have found a more experienced groomer. When I needed to talk to her she was on a personal call and ignored me for several minutes. In response to her reply: She has been groomed by several groomers in town and no one else mentioned all the problems you had with her. I did say that I know she can be a pain to groom. You should have called me right away when she started acting up. That would have saved me $35.00 and you wouldn't have wasted your time.
