We started bringing our puppy Jake to A1K9 back in February for daycare and have since started going through their daycare with training program. I had done some training with Jake, but needed quite a bit of help getting him the rest of the way. Before we got started with training Taylor spent over an hour with me going through their basic obedience test to see where Jake was at and also explain some of the training techniques they use which I really appreciated! Needless to say he needed a bit of work especially with his leash walking! After only a few sessions with Jordan I was seeing a huge change with his walking and just general attentiveness allowing me to have more confidence walking him with a stroller in particular. I’ve been able to have better control of him in many different situations with help from Jordan on what to do. We also have received quite a few compliments with how great Jake is on the leash! A1K9 has been just what we needed and Jake absolutely loves going there. We are excited to continue training with Jordan and I would highly recommend them for any daycare or training needs!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Taylor, Terresa, and the entire team at A1K9! From day one, they were incredibly hands-on, attentive, patient, and truly caring with my stubborn French bulldog puppy, Milo. Their level of professionalism, communication, and talent is absolutely best in class. What stood out most was how much love and care they gave Milo throughout the entire process. They treated him as if he were their own puppy, and that kind of genuine dedication is rare to find. You can immediately tell this team is passionate about what they do and deeply invested in the success and well-being of every dog they work with. The transformation in Milo has been unbelievable. He’s more confident, better behaved, and so much happier — and they made the process enjoyable for both of us. Taylor went above and beyond every step of the way, always making themselves available for questions, updates, and support. If you are looking for the absolute best dog training experience, I wholeheartedly recommend A1K9 to everyone. They exceeded every expectation and gave us results we honestly didn’t think were possible. Thank you all for loving Milo like family!

We absolutely love A1K9! Taylor, Terresa, and Jordan are wonderful (and I’m sure there are others I’m forgetting too!). Piper gets SO excited every morning when I drop her off and she sees Jordan waiting for her. Our dog is a Goldiva Dog, and A1K9 came highly recommended from Mary, now we completely understand why. Piper LOVES daycare and boarding here. Honestly, I think she’s upset with us when we pick her up because she has to leave all her friends behind! After daycare she comes home completely exhausted, and for a one-year-old Golden Retriever, that’s exactly what she needs. It gives her so much socialization, exercise, and fun. Highly recommend A1K9 to anyone looking for a daycare or boarding facility that truly cares about your dog like family!

Let me start by saying this dog daycare is clearly running some kind of magical dog happiness operation, because my dog completely loses his mind the second we turn onto their street. I’m talking full-body wiggles, dramatic whining, and the kind of excitement usually reserved for pizza delivery. The team is clearly passionate about dogs and takes the time to get to know each one’s personality and needs. What really stands out is how knowledgeable and well-trained the staff are. They genuinely understand dog behavior and group play dynamics, which is impressive considering the daily crowd includes zoomie champions, professional tag your it teasers, part-time mud wrestlers, and at least one dog who believes every single other dog is his cousin. I also know that Taylor and Jordan regularly attend dog training seminars to keep improving their knowledge and skills. And they don’t just keep that knowledge to themselves — they frequently and generously share training tips, techniques, and updates on their Instagram page so dog owners can learn great habits and reinforce the training their dogs are getting. My dog attends daycare at A1K9 and he LOVES it. You can tell the owners and staff are genuinely there to help and care for these dogs. What turned into trying out daycare for my pup (just for socialization) turned into a great routine for him. I trust them with my dog and I know he is in good hands. He is about to start intermediate training next week and we are excited to see him grow even more than he already has with A1K9. Highly recommend you check them out.
