Machines not working and no signs to notify. Therefore, no refund of the money stuck in the coin slot. Attendant said Don't use this one, it's not working. How am I supposed to know that. Where is the sign. Someone took it off. Can't you put another sign on the machine so people don't loose their money. Not going back.

Good place to wash your clothes. It would be nice if it had card payment options.

Many washers to use be sure to insert coins slowly. Dryers adjacent to office seems to dry quicker. The manager is old and grumpy, Pray for him. The owner of this establishment is a wonderfully Compassionate Person who has helped multiple people I know of. Plenty of parking, stores, gym and places to eat there. Great place to clean your clothes.

I've been coming here for over 10yrs to do laundry since it's closed to where I reside. Unfortunately the last couple of times I've came there's this old man very rude always wanting to go home early and not allowing customers to do laundry after 5pm. He does very rudely in a demanding tone. The place is dirty and all you see the attendant do is smoking cannabis. Many of the machines don't work and there no signs then if you try get the attendants attention he response in an angry way. This will definitely be the last time coming here. If I could id hive it a no star but that's not an option. In pics you can see one machine has a caution sign and the other one doesn't because he chooses to steal the found inserted claiming “I don't need to put a sign!”

Both washers on picture shown I paid and it’s laundry that needs hot water wash, turned the water temperature to hot and water comes out cold. I stopped here because they have “black owned” and I support but I am paying for hot water and if hot water is not available at least have a sign that says hot water out of order. I wouldn’t come here again. First and last unless told otherwise. Makes the place seem cheap.
