Priyanka is a fantastic Groomer, and her experience as being a vet tech as well makes a lot of difference in the quality of service. She specializes in high anxiety, dogs, and does great with doodles. I’m a very particular customer, and she has always listened to the exact haircut I am looking for. Finding a good Groomer can be difficult, and I am very pleased with Priyanka!

The absolute best grooming experience you could ask for!! The in-home studio and personal attention you receive will spoil you and your pup forever; you will never again want to book anywhere else, especially one that keeps your dog in a cage all day! A Trusted Friend has a huge backyard for them to run in, a completely animal safe space and love and care that only comes from a true love of animals and years experience in a veterinary environment. We have a high strung Aussie Doodle who absolutely loves to visit Ms. Priya, and have been a very happy customer for over a year! Highly recommend!

Priyanka is THE BEST! She trims my dog’s nails monthly and helps him stay calm. She uses fear free techniques and gives his breaks when he needs it. She offers very fair pricing for the amount of experience she has in the animal industry. I love that the care is 1-on-1 and that my dog doesn’t have to be exposed to other animals. She does a great job of making sure that her pets are not in sight when my dog comes in because he is reactive to other dogs. I would recommend her to anyone!

I cannot recommend Priyanka enough—she is absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, she created such a calm, comfortable environment that immediately put both me and my pup at ease. My 1-year-old Pomeranian, Gizmo, has a lot of anxiety, and she went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe throughout the entire appointment. When he got nervous, she didn’t rush at all—she took extra time, adjusted her approach, and made sure he was okay every step of the way. That level of care is so rare and meant everything to me. Knowing she has a background as a vet tech adds an extra layer of trust and reassurance, especially for anxious pets (and anxious pet moms!). On top of that, she took the time to share helpful tips and best practices for caring for Gizmo at home, which I really appreciated. She truly goes above and beyond in every sense. If you’re looking for someone who is not only talented but also deeply compassionate and attentive, Priyanka is the one. You will not be disappointed!

I absolutely adore Priyanka’s work! I took my cat Nala to her for the first time this week. It was the first time Nala had ever been to a groomer and I had done some research to find a good groomer. I came across A Trusted Friend while researching and loved the fact that Priyanka provides low stress grooming and has years of vet tech experience. She was so gentle and calm with Nala and my cat definitely had a low stress grooming experience and was not put through a bad experience. Priyanka even gave me some great tips for Nala in preventing her from getting severely matted again and having to go to the groomer’s again. She also is a positive and calming person and she has earned my trust with Nala. I will definitely be bringing my animals to her in the future. In fact my other cat Stella has an appointment next week with her for a nail trimming. A Trusted Friend Petcare and Grooming is a great place for your fur babies and I highly recommend and appreciate Priyanka’s work!
