TDLR: Bad experience basically beginning to end. Worst $150 I've ever spent. Biggest regret in recent memory. Wish I could rewind time and go to Petco instead. My sweet, beautiful, well behaved golden retriever did not deserve this. Before service: bad. The groomer got duped by a Google Maps sponsored ad or something and ended up on the wrong side of town, then acted like it was somehow my fault until I think they realized their own mistake and showed up at our actual address without making another comment on it. By the time she arrived the groomer, Dana, was in a bad mood. I can completely understand being frustrated by her own mistake, but I did not appreciate her bringing that energy to my door. It immediately made me anxious about the appointment. I tried to quickly run through the parts of the service that were important to us be done/not done/how/tips about my dog, but she immediately cut me off saying "I have her notes" and then turned and walked away with my dog. I spent the next 45 minutes extremely nervous about the appointment, unsure of whether we were getting the service we were needing and worried about how she was treating my dog given the bad mood/attitude she w

My labs feet are cut all different sizes. No drying of both my labs. Told one price through text another price at the door then another price when invoice came to my email. All services not provided as stated. Run DO NOT GET YOUR BABY groomed here. I’m calling on Monday to complain! Horrible service

Texts and communication was good, Alex was kind, friendly and calm. I've never had a cat groomed before, and had to agree to no drugs for my older short-haired cat who has anxiety going to vet appts and uses prescribed gabapenten to calm her, which I explained to them in email before booking. I mistakenly thought a pro groomer had tools or methods to calm a distressed cat. Their prices weren't showing on their website so they told me $150 for full shave with nails clipped and ears cleaned. I thought that was a lot but my cat needed help as she is in pain. They arrived on time and I told Alex my cat didn't need nails clipped or ears cleaned because she just had that done at the vet. After 15 minutes in their van he brought her back in her carrier and told me they couldn't complete her grooming because she was not cooperative, and charged me $125, which I paid cash. All they did was shave the middle of her back down her spine - that isn't where any mats were. I think a fair and generous price would have been $75 at most. He said they were half done, which is not true. No mats were shaved off, nothing else done to her. I called my vet and they said most groomers prefer pets with anxie

After reading the reviews on here I am completely dumbfounded! Every experience I have had with Dana and Alex have been nothing short of phenomenal. My German Shepherd has always came back to my home perfectly groomed and smiling. Any advice or referrals I have asked them for have turned great results for my animal and I. No animal in my home would ever be groomed elsewhere.

Two days after being groomed my German Sheppard broke out with a horrible skin infection that opened hundred of sores under his coat, from his shoulders to his tail. Almost $1k (ER, biopsy and prescription) at an emergency vet later, I explain to A Purrfect Groomer what happened and how my dog was on aggressive antibiotics. Vet says it was likely an auto-immune reaction to the shampoo or even burnt skin from being blow dried. The groomer takes ZERO responsibility for the incident and defends their position. I don't blame the groomer, at first, and let bygones be bygones. 6 months later I decide to try them again. I remind the groomer of the last visit and they reassure me that they use a hypoallergenic shampoo and will take care not to blow dry my dog. My dog comes out fine and dandy, and I stop worrying. Thinking the issue has been addressed I decide to start using them on a regular again. A few months later I return, believing that they keep some kind of grooming history information on that computer they keep typing into. When I pick up my dog I'm told that my dog freaked out with the blow dryer. I explained that they weren't supposed to use the dryer on my dog and I was scolded.
