Terrible…charged me $300 to go over my answers to the questions they sent me only to find out I need to see another Dr that is going to charge me $$$$ to get meds. I felt I was taken advantage of a pleasant dog. My dog doesn’t have bad behavior she is anxious:anxiety outside of her home. She needs medication.

Pleasant Dog has been awesome for our puppy. The trainers actually get young dogs, and the classes feel relaxed but super helpful. Our pup came home from camp tired, happy, and a little more confident each time. You can tell they really care about the dogs, not just running them through a program. If you’re looking for a place that makes training fun and keeps your puppy feeling safe, this is it.

A Pleasant Dog, Jenn, and her incredible staff genuinely saved us! When we learned that our giant breed Great Dane, English Mastiff was reactive, I was devastated and lost. My vet referred us to APD. We were met with sincere kindness, compassion, and an abundance of knowledge and expertise! We immediately started a plan for success and have learned how to help our literal giant baby live her happiest, healthiest and safest life! Jenn and her team have excellent specialty relationships with other care providers and we were also able to identify pain and anxiety in our boxer pitty babe - leading to a sustainable and long term care plan. I only wish that I had met the APD Team sooner, and had started with them when my girls were puppies. If you are reading this looking for confirmation that A Pleasant Dog is the right choice for your family, I promise you it is. Make the call. ❤️

If you’re currently looking for training for you and your dog, I would recommend that “A Pleasant Dog” be your 1st call ! Prior to finding them I unfortunately waisted many valuable months of my rescue pups earlier life, that I’d hoped instead would be spent learning positive training to help him adjust to a life outside of a shelter. (He had been to 2 shelters by the time he was probably 4 to 5 months old) From our 1st contact, I knew that they were the exception. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! Our 1st visit was with Jen. And she was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, experienced, down to earth friendly, and so, so sweet and patient with both my Pup and myself! Looking forward to our next visit and journey together! Cathy & pal Ken 🐶

My two pups struggled with separation anxiety for years. I tried numerous trainers and vets to get them the help they needed. It wasn't until I found a Behaviorist that listened and referred me to Jenn and A Pleasant Dog. Through medication and training they have made significant progress. So much so that I've gained a big portion of my own life back. I am so grateful to Jenn, her help and her techniques. I could not recommend A Pleasant Dog more highly. Forever grateful.
