I have been taking Kobe here about 3 visits and each time I have never been disappointed. They are very detailed and professional groomers. Kobe is always happy afterwards. I highly recommend this place.

I adopted a neglected Bischon mix from the Everett Animal shelter. She is highly anxious, to the point a Petco told me to pick her up. They said she was too anxious, which she is from her background experiences. We adopted her two months ago. She needed grooming. We called the animal shelter in Everett to see who cut her her hair. This business took her in and gave her extra attention. I know it took a lot of effort since Petco kicked kicked her out because of her anxiousness. They had two employees work on her. We will be going back to A Pet Spa off of 128th street for the future.

Our 4-month-old Aussiedoodle puppy had her very first grooming experience. We love her new look, we can finally see her eyes 😍 Since it was her first time, it was expected the appointment to be more of an introductory groom to help desensitize her. The groomer mentioned she was wiggly and needed 3 people to help groom her. We truly appreciate their care, patience and understanding for our little pup. On a side note: We understand they’re busy, but as first-time puppy parents, a little more time for guidance would have been nice. It would have been really helpful to have a bit more communication and explanation throughout the process—such as what to expect during a puppy’s first groom, what was done during the visit, and what we should work on or expect for future grooming appointments. They did explain a little, though the explanations were very brief and the interaction felt a bit rushed. Overall, we recommend their care and expertise especially with first-time puppies. We’ll definitely come back.

The first 3 are after photos are the first two are obviously before! They did so good with my dog and her hair has never felt so silky smooth! Medicated shampoo was definitely worth it and every other add-on we booked!

I’ve been bringing my three toy poodles to Pet Spa for years, and I absolutely love this place! I’ve tried other groomers before, but I always end up coming back here — they’re simply the best. Everyone is so kind, patient, and gentle with my dogs. My poodles always come home looking adorable, smelling fresh, and feeling happy. You can really tell they care about each pet they work with. Thank you to the whole Pet Spa team for always taking such good care of my fur babies — we truly appreciate you! 🐩💖🐩💖🐩
