About A Passion For Pets

A Passion For Pets is a pet groomer in Gilbert, Arizona. It is listed at 675 N Gilbert Rd #150, Gilbert, AZ 85234, which places it among the local businesses of Gilbert that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 7 am–5 pm. It is closed on Monday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach A Passion For Pets at (480) 926-1424; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, apassionforpetssalon.com.

Gilbert is in Arizona, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Gilbert follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Today, May 30th, 2026, my beautiful Shih Tzu fur baby - Ria, at 17 years, 5 months, and 17 days old crossed the rainbow bridge. There are no words for the level of sadness I feel. She gave us her best years filled with love and happiness. The older she got, the more tender care she needed from her groomer. A Passion For Pets provided the best care to Ria especially groomer Karen. Karen, thank you for caring and for always being so gentle with our Ria. I’ll never forget the wonderful service you provided our girl. I don’t plan on having any more pets as I can’t handle this level of heartache and loss but if anyone out there needs to take your fur baby to a groomer, then go to a groomer that cares. A Passion For Pets is your place. 💕

These people are amazing! I'm not kidding when I tell you my dogs are very fearful, and I've never been able to get their nails clipped anywhere except the vet. And y'all know that costs an arm and a leg! I brought my girls here and I cannot believe how smoothly the whole process went, I was in and out in 10 minutes and she did a superb job! I highly recommend these guys!! I mean my chihuahua mix, Winnie, has to be muzzled at the vet just to get her nails cut and I can tell you I was shocked that not only did Winnie not need to be muzzled, but she was calm and it was like she knew they weren't going to hurt her! I will never go anywhere else!

This pet grooming salon is tucked away in one of Gilbert’s older strip malls. Once inside, one quickly notices the friendliness of the staff and ‘homey’ atmosphere. The groomers are incredible! This statement is absolutely true; they performed a Grooming Miracle for my 3 yr old rescue. Although he has a fiesty reputation, he was complacent and responsive in that environment (especially for his 1st ‘Spa Day’. Feel free to tip since the prices a quite reasonable.

I have been taking my Goldendoodles here for over 8 years. Shelly does a fantastic job with their cut, I have 4 of them and one has more of a wavy coat and she is able to still give her that teddy bear look! I have also referred our families that have adopted pups from out litters. Thanks Shelly for being a part of our doodle fam!

We've been taking our dogs here for years and won't go anywhere else. They always do a fantastic job and their pricing is great. I've even taken my 80 lb English bulldog in for a "spa day" lol!! It's funny because everytime we bring this lil cutie in the picture home from being pampered, she is always so excited and proud of her new look lol!! She prances around to everyone showing herself off ❤. Thank you ladies at Passion for Pets!!!
