We dropped our cat off at 8:00 AM on July 31, 2026, which was the time suggested to us by Tonya. We were expecting to receive a call when our cat was ready or if there was going to be any delay or issue with her appointment. After not hearing anything, I called at approximately 11:15 AM. At that time, I explained that I had given our cat gabapentin as instructed. I was then informed that Tonya had an emergency and that our cat had been there the entire time. I was told that Tonya was returning and would take care of our cat. At approximately 2:30 PM, we finally received a call telling us that our cat would not come out and that we needed to come pick her up. This meant our cat had been at the facility for approximately six and a half hours without receiving the care we brought her there to receive. What concerns me most is that our cat was left there for hours and, when we arrived, she had been sitting in her own feces. I find this completely unacceptable. If there was an emergency or a delay that prevented Tonya from caring for our cat, we should have been contacted much earlier so that we could make an informed decision about whether to leave her there. wish i could give negative stars!!! they had my pet there from 8am to 4pm…just for them to not groom her. when she was picked up there was no apology or accountability. the communication is terrible. we had to constantly call THEM to find out what was going on with my pet for them to finally tell us the groomer won’t be grooming my pet. they are deceptive, they sent a text saying that my pet was “ready” just for me to call them immediately after to find out how much i’d be paying and they THEN told me she actually had not been groomed. disappointed is an understatement.

This the worst place to take your pet. Their register do not work and they always change the method of payment. They keep your animals for 6 to 8 hours in a cage before they even begin service on your pet. They never answer the phone when you call to check on your pet. The prices change every time we use them and yet we have the same dogs??!!! The place is run down and shabby. Any very unprofessional. Please beware for your pets. R.

I’ve been using them since we moved here last fall. Cuts have never been great but they were ok. Yesterday I picked her up and she her once fluffy head, face, and tail had been shaved! I politely told the groomer that her cut was wrong. Her response to me was that’s exactly how I cut her last time. I informed her that they nor anyone else had ever cut her that way. She said she cut her exactly how it was in her notes from last time. I again told her that her notes were wrong and Mia had never been done that way. She never apologized but argued with me instead as if I didn’t know how my dog is supposed to be and has always been cut!

Terrible experience, I gave very detailed instructions on what I wanted done to my dog and what not to do. She was dropped at 11am, didn’t her back until 8:45pm only to see she was a mess. These are before and after. I said DONT cut her hair, leave her legs and head full, and the total opposite was done. She wasn’t matted because I brush her daily. I kept calling because it never takes this long, and I felt like something was wrong.I called back after leaving and Michael the groomer was supposed to call me back and never did, the manager was supposed to call me back and of course, she didn’t.
