Round Rock is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Round Rock follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My husband found A Crate Escape when we were desperately looking for another boarding facility to board our dog shortly after her medical emergency. Other facilities simply said no, their staff wasn’t experienced enough to take on this kind of boarder. There were a lot of unknowns, but the staff was so easy to work with. We had already delayed our vacation, but we weren’t sure if our dog would still need medical boarding. When I tell you these folks were flexible, that would be an understatement. Our dog ended up being cleared for all normal activities the night before we dropped her off and we switched to non-medical boarding, they did a behavior assessment for daycare, and she was able to romp around with other dogs while she was there. The daily report cards with pictures and videos were great! I am so thankful to A Crate Escape for taking care of my dog while I was away. They allowed me to fully relax after so much unexpected chaos! 10/10 recommend!!!

I love this place! Nothing but good things and my dog LOVES it there. Reasonably priced, they work with any situation, they are open from 7am to 7pm most days and conveniently located. I have used their doggy daycare on multiple occasions and have boarded her once. I cant say enough good things about their staff and facility. I highly recommend you check the Crate Escape out if you need an outlet for your pet.

Wonderful staff up front and in back. Very caring individuals who love what they do. They clearly are there to make not just the owners happy, put their fur babies as well. I have not seen a vet clinic like this in quite some time and it was quite warming to the heart to see one in existence.

Bowzer and Zelda had been coming here for day care and grooming. They love it! Savanna the groomer is amazing and had been doing such a great job on both challenging breeds of ours, the grooming charge is also very reasonable. Love the report card touch too!

This is the nicest state of the art home away from home for your pets. Beautiful facility with roomy quarters, large covered outdoor play areas with baby pools for your dog to play in. They offer grooming and training classes. They are also set apart because they are veterinarian owned and provide medical boarding for post surgical recovery and special needs pets. Do yourself a favor and go visit in person. You'll be glad you did!
