A-1 Laundromutt mistreats dogs. The groomers there cut and burned our dog severely. We trusted the groomers there to give our dog, Odom, a standard cut and wash, something you would expect most groomers to be capable of handling. When we picked him up we were horrified to see his body was covered with patches of seared skin (photos included below). We saw blood beneath his hair, raw flesh exposed, and a change in his formerly trustful demeanor. Odom is a very mellow, senior dog. He is completely cooperative with strangers so there is absolutely no reason for these allegedly accidental injuries. The groomers at A-1 are negligent to the point of bodily harm when brushing or blow-drying dogs' hair. Additionally, the amount of blood that was most certainly shed during this mistreatment is a serious red flag for the sterility of this place of business. It took months for Odom to heal from the injuries inflicted by A-1 Laundromutt. The wounds on his neck became infected and required medical attention throughout his months-long recovery. I took my 3.5 month old sheepadoodle for her first grooming experience and it couldn’t have been better! They were so patient, kind, and attentive. She looks incredible!

So thankful for A1 Laundromutt! Our dog HATES being wet, has super sensitive paws (we've given up trying to trim her nails ourselves) and to top it off, she has a healthy dose of separation anxiety due to me being a work-at-home mom. While this sounds like a recipe for disaster for dropping her off at the groomer, they take such great care of her and she always comes back happier and more playful than ever after her "spa day". Thank you!

My Mom always says, "Don't knock until you try it!" I can tell you that this staff truly blesses me. The love they pour into my dog and all the dogs is fantastic. My schedule has been up all over the place, and they have been patient with me, and sometimes they even help out with Odyn. I was 100 percent nervous last year when I dropped Odyn off, but she looks forward to seeing Ms. Barbara, Ross, and Mo! Also, it is so affordable. Thank you for all you guys do!

Quick, friendly, and super affordable. They genuinely care for your pets! My dog has severe anxiety and doesn’t feel comfortable around most other people or dogs. So naturally she hates getting her nails cut - until here. They’re dog whisperers - they understand dogs as individuals and treat them with such care. I’m sure other people have similar dogs with similar hesitations about nail trimming. This is your solution.
