406 Pet Crematory

I second the things everyone else says in their 5-star reviews. I didn't deal with 406 Pet Crematory directly, the vet clinic who did our home euthanasia did, and I went to pick up the ashes from their clinic. The crematory's care, tenderness, and empathy is evident in their work... I got a framed ink paw print, a tuft of hair, a ceramic paw print with my pup's name, and a beautiful wooden urn. Each item I pulled out of the bag brought another round of tears. Thank you guys so much for the beautiful gifts and for the care you clearly put into what you do! It makes a difficult time just a little bit easier.

I recently lost my best friend of 13 years. It was an incredibly hard decision and it took me almost a month to feel ready to open the package sent by the team at 406 Pet Crematory. The amount of care and kindness that I found inside left me speechless. There were so many small details that spoke of the heart of this company. I have worked in the veterinary industry for multiple years across states and I have never seen this level of care gifted back to the family. A part of my heart healed because I knew he was cared for to the very end. Thank you.

Just recently 406 pet Crematory in Bozeman has taken care of a friend of mine's small dog. JJ the manager of that particular Branch was not only kind, friendly, compassionate, and welcoming, but did an absolutely amazing job in every phase of this process until completion. My friend was absolutely overwhelmed with joy when she received her beloved pet back home. I absolutely recommend 406 Pet Crematory for anybody and everybody who desires to see their beloved pets cremated. Not only will you not be disappointed, but you will know that this was absolutely the right decision!! I would have given it more than a five-star rating but there was only five stars.

I wish I could rate this company more stars. 406 Pet Crematory made the worst time in my life a little better. I need to give a little back story about the loss of my dog. My dad passed away in Bozeman on August 14th. My husband and I decided to make the move back from Arizona to help family. During the move we left our senior dog with my mom so that the cross country roadtrips wouldn't stress out her failing heart. Unfortunately Heidi passed away while we were gone. 406 kept her body for me until I was able to come back and say goodbye. JJ was extremely compassionate and amazing during the whole process. They will be the only company I trust with my animals who have crossed the rainbow bridge as long as I live in the valley.

I was straight up impressed. When I lost my little buddy of 21 years, 406 Pet Crematory was amazing. I got her back very quickly; I also received a framed paw print, they saved a little tuft of fur (neither of which was asked for), and there was even a condolences card. The ashes themselves were in a really beautiful box, cherrywood I think and it seemed obvious that she was treated really well. Whoever handled her clearly understands how cherished and valued pets are, and thank you so much for that.

I am in complete shock (in a good way) about how they handled everything with my kitty, Odin. I had my cat for 21 years and am honestly lost without him, but 406 took so much care with him and went above and beyond what I ever expected. Odin's ashes came in a cute bag inside a beautiful box, but the real surprise came with the extras. I hadn't even thought to ask or have my mom ask about a pawprint or fur, but when I opened up the bag they sent, both were there. Losing a pet is a hard, awful experience, but 406 made it that much easier with their attention to detail and care. I can't express how much I appreciate these little touches.

if you’re looking at these reviews because you just lost a pet, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. We lost our sweet cat, Biggie very suddenly in May and these guys made the process a little bit easier. They were so welcoming and kind both over the phone and in person. And the gift bag contained some of the most beautiful, personalized stuff for our kitty. It’s got to be such a tough job, but they sure are good at what they do.
