24Hour Wash Works

You can add that criticism while keeping it focused on the policy and your experience rather than making assumptions about motives. ⭐ 0 Stars if I could give them. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this laundromat. The moment I walked in, I was immediately spoken to rudely and practically screamed at by an employee named Maria. Her attitude was hostile, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. What made the situation even more upsetting was that another customer came in shortly afterward and was treated much more politely, while I continued to receive attitude and disrespect. The difference in treatment was impossible to ignore. On top of that, I was told that customers can only use the dryers if they also wash their clothes there. That policy makes no sense to me. The dryers are not free—I would still be paying to use them. If I'm paying for the service, I should be able to dry my clothes without being treated like I'm doing something wrong. This is not the first time I've experienced poor customer service at this location, but it was definitely the worst. No customer should be spoken to in such a rude and aggressive manner. Management needs to seriously addres

Overpriced comparing to all laundromat nearby. I'm not surprised why this place lost so many customers while it was one of the busiest past years. That card thing is useless if you don't bring the prices down.

The staff handled my belongings without permission, touching and removing my clothes before my laundry cycle was even finished. This was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and left me feeling that my personal items were not safe. I expect staff to respect customers’ property and allow us to complete our laundry without interference.

I was skeptical of coming her, due to the previous reviews but I noticed many negative reviews were towards the employees that work the night shift. Since I was coming to do my laundry in the morning, I decided to give it a go and I’m glad I did. There is a lovely lady name Conni, who was absolutely kind, respectful, polite and more importantly helpful. I wanted to leave a review (which is something I rarely do) just to show my appreciation for the way she conducted business and was always helpful with a smile. I hope that her boss’s or the owners of this establishment, see this and recognize her for being an amazing employee who is genuine and sincere with the way she treats the customers. She made my experience a stress free and easy one. THANK YOU CONNI, you were great!!🙏🏼

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They charge you 2 dollars for the laundry card to start with. If your using debit your in for 3 bucks down the drain! Oh if you mess up on your math on what it may take to wash and dry your clothes then get your mind prepared. I BOUGHT dryer sheets from them WITH single dollar bills, when I asked the cashier to exchange my change back to SINGLE DOLLAR BILLS as their machine does not take change. She told me it was against the rules and she would call the cops on me. I had another customer stand up for me as she was also having an issue. Almost NO ONE speaks english when you need them to but apparently the worker knew how to say I called the police 🤦🏾‍♀️ I NEVER yelled. I never cursed and I frequently called her ma’am to stay polite. If your going for a guess your probably right… no police ever came! How dare they let you spend your dollar but can’t give it back even though it going BACK INTO THEIR OWN BUSINESS! This is by far the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had, I spent 40 dollars on machines alone before even buying my dryer clothes and then asking for change. That’s a pretty damn penny! I won’t be back! Don’t go in the evening! Th
