204 Animal Hospital hands down is the best vet office i’ve experienced being a pet owner. Candise was very quick getting my Chloe in for an appointment due to her being sick & even called me when they had an early appointment available. Her attention to urgency is greatly appreciated. Dr. Kicklighter & his tech (I didn’t catch her name) were very gentle & swift with my Chloe not only did he explain everything going on he expressed to importance of yearly vaccinations while staying very sensitive to our financial situation. While the Dr was preparing medication for my Chloe the vet tech clip her nails without even charging for a nail trim. She was very calm and sweet while making sure my Chloe was comfortable. Dr Kicklighter also sent medication home for my other cat Genevieve to ensure the viral infection gets cleared up the best way possible. Genevieve also sees this Dr. Between the pricing, care, attention to detail, & urgency I couldn’t ask for a better office to treat my babies. Dr Kicklighter has gained 3 new(ish) furry clients to take care for and we will back very soon for our yearlys. Thank you 204!

My husband & I were recommended to take our pups here by multiple people & we understood why after our first visit today! The staff is friendly & they we’re very patient with my shy dog Henry during his nail trim. He gets uncomfortable around new people & being in loud, chaotic vet waiting rooms can be overwhelming for him so it was nice being in a quiet space. We will most definitely continue being clients at 204!

Dr Kicklighter is one of the best vets I've dealt with over the years. He's found and treated my cat's hyperthyroidism and my dog's cardiac condition. Both are doing well after his skilled physical assessments and work up.

I had been a client here from 2018-2025, with my cats, Milo, Toothless, and Remy all being patients there. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Kicklighter be my vet for all my boys. He was terrific with all my cats. He and his team were there to help me when my cat Milo got really sick until the end of Milo’s life. He knows a wonderful internal medicine specialist for pets when the need arises (just like with my cat Milo). They even helped when Toothless started having urinary issues and skin issues. After losing Milo I adopted my cat Remy and Dr. Kicklighter and his team were there to congratulate me on my new bundle of joy and got to do his kitten care. Everyone was obsessed with Remy. In January 2025, I ended up having to move back to my hometown in Virginia and I promised I would share pictures of Remy as he got older. So here is Remy and Toothless as Remy grew to now, they are the best of buds(I know me and the techs and receptionists were all worried Toothless would not accept Remy but he did and they are both inseparable). If I ever move back to Savannah, I will return here for vet care. I highly recommend.

I have had to bring my animals here on multiple occasions, and I could not be happier or more thankful for the Staff and Dr Kicklighter. The diagnosis/exams have been thorough and explained to me on a level I can understand, and have yielded positive results on each occasion.
